1 oz Canton Ginger
Juice 1 Lime and 1 half spent lime shell
Shake violently with cracked ice and pour into a bucket. Fill with Soda Water and dash on top a healthy amount of Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a couple of very enthusiastically spanked mint sprigs.
